HOW TO USE IT
Make the output useful.
Paste one entry on each line. Case-insensitive mode treats “Local SEO” and “local seo” as the same entry. Trimming removes spaces at the edges before comparison. Internal normalization treats repeated spaces within a line as one. Blank lines can be ignored.
The first occurrence is retained and the original order is preserved. The result shows how many entries were kept and removed. Review the cleaned list before replacing a source file; a repeated line may sometimes be meaningful.
UNDERSTAND THE LIMITS
A tool supports your judgment.
This is a line-based utility, not a full CSV parser. A quoted spreadsheet cell containing several lines needs a spreadsheet-aware workflow. Similar-looking phrases with different words are not treated as duplicates, and two URL strings are not automatically considered the same destination.
