Review eligibility and access first, then check identity, categories, contact details, hours, service information and useful photographs. Include the website destination and the way the business handles genuine review requests.
Capture evidence and a reporting window before measuring changes. A completed checkbox does not prove a ranking increase or reveal why a profile appears for a particular search. If something is unclear, leave it unchecked and record the question in your audit notes.
