Start writing and use Download result for a portable .txt file. Save on this device stores a copy in this browser’s local storage. Load saved note retrieves that copy; Remove saved note deletes the stored copy without clearing the current editor.
Nothing is saved automatically by this tool. Reset clears the current working text, while the saved copy remains until you remove it. Local storage is tied to this browser and site; it is not cloud synchronization, shared editing or a backup service.

A useful note structure is context, observations, evidence and next actions. Keeping those headings separate can prevent a guess from being recorded as a confirmed issue. This notepad handles plain text; it does not preserve Word formatting or export DOCX documents.
